By car
We're clearly signposted from junctions 30 and 31 off the M25 or from A13. Click here for a journey planner.
The A13, A1306 and West Thurrock Way also provide direct access to the centre. Lakeside has free parking for 13,000 vehicles.
By train
Chafford Hundred train station is linked to the centre via a link bridge. C2C trains run to and from Fenchurch Street and Southend.

By bike
Cycle paths can be found all around the centre, and covered bike racks are provided outside all main entrances.
By coach
At Christmas time follow the AA signage to coach parking. Lakeside has over 130 dedicated coach park spaces.
By bus

Lakeside has its own dedicated bus station outside Debenhams, managed by Ensign bus company.
Electric Car Charging
Lakeside offers electric vehicle drivers car chargers in some of our car parks.
The charging points are easy to find and simple to use, with recharging cables and access keys free to hire direct from Lakeside's Shopmobility service on Level 1 by the entrance of Car Park Blue.
To collect your key and cable you will need to present two forms of identification, such as a passport and utility bill.
