Our Personal Shopper is here to help men and women of all ages find the style that’s right for them, advising on everything from coordinating colours to accessorising outfits.

We’ll turn you into a style and shopping guru in no time. No more spending hours in front of the mirror trying on your whole wardrobe. And you’ll never again utter those immortal words – ‘I haven’t got a thing to wear’.

With a range of packages to choose from there’s bound to be a Personal Shopping experience that’s perfect for you - whether you’re after some fashion hints or a complete wardrobe makeover.

• Initial consultation and accompanied shopping – FREE

If you just want a few tips on style and where to find it, this is for you. You start with a 3-hour consultation with our Personal Shopper where she’ll give you an idea of the look you should be going for.  Once you have had an initial consultation, you can then book a free 2-hour accompanied shopping trip with our Personal Shopper at any time.

It’s not just for the girls, more and more men are coming to our Personal Shopper for advice. You start with a chat about your style, colours and shopping habits, then move on to discussing the looks that suit you best and your grooming routine. From there, it’s out to the stores to start adding to your wardrobe.

• FREE Bra Fitting – 1.5 hours

Book up for our free bra fitting and you can say goodbye to ill-fitting, uncomfortable bras forever. Our bra experts will tell you which size is exactly right for you – it’s amazing how many women have been putting up with the wrong size for years – and then it’s off to the shops to start picking out your favourite designs.

• The Girls’ Day Out – allow 4 hours –FREE

This is a great way for up to four friends to pick up style tips from the expert. After a 30-minute chat about what you want to achieve from the day, our Personal Shopper will spend an hour and a half talking about body shape and the colours that suit you best. This will be followed by two hours in the shops where you and our Personal Shopper will go off to find outfits that work best for you.

• FREE Corporate Service

Aimed at companies, this service can be an excellent perk for style-conscious staff or a good way to encourage your team to think about what they’re wearing to work. Whatever your company’s dress code, give is a call to find out how it could work best for your business.

• Accompanied gift shopping (1 hour) – FREE

Our accompanied gift shopping can help you find the perfect gift for that special person. All you have to do is call up and give our Personal Shopper a few details about the occasion, who you’re buying for and your budget. Then, when you meet up, she’ll be able to take you straight to the right stores and give you a range of options. Plus any gifts you buy during the hour will be gift wrapped for free.

YOUR WARDROBE

• Wardrobe clinic (1 day) – £175

This is a health check for your wardrobe. Put a full day aside and our Personal Shopper will visit you at home to assess where you are stylistically and where you could be. She’ll look at things like the colours and shapes that suit you and by the end of the day, your wardrobe will be organised to perfection. You’ll know where the gaps are and how to refresh old outfits with accessories.

• Shopping spree (1 day) – £175

Your day starts when you meet our Personal Shopper at Lakeside’s luxurious shopper lounge for a coffee and a chat. Once you’ve talked through your look and lifestyle, she’ll advise you on colours, flattering shapes and accessories that are right for you.

She can also advise on things like dressing for your age group and clothes that make you feel good – whatever you need. After a complimentary lunch, it’s time to start trying and buying. The shopping only stops when you’ve got everything on your wish list and you’ll go home at the end of the day with a brand new personal style plan.

• Best of both worlds (2 days) – £300

This combines the Wardrobe clinic and the Shopping spree to leave nothing to chance. This is retail therapy at its most extreme and most comprehensive.

• Gift packages

Our Personal Shopping experiences make the perfect present. And if you’re feeling especially generous, you can add some Lakeside gift vouchers which are redeemable at most of the stores in Lakeside.

Top tips

It’s a good idea to arrive for your Lakeside Personal Shopping experience wearing comfortable clothes and shoes – you’ll be changing outfits and covering lots of ground. You should also try to book at least a week in advance as our Personal Shopper can get booked up. We need 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and all package fees must be paid in advance. Also, you need to be aged 16 or over to use any of our Personal Shopping services.
